Our Trials

Our Active Trials:

Tempus Sculptor

  • Non-interventional evaluation of participants with SCLC who will receive diagnostic and (where possible) post-progression tumor tissue profiling, alongside plasma ctDNA biomarker profiling in addition to their standard of care therapy and disease surveillance.

Tempus CRC

  • Study is an observational multicenter evaluation of participants with colorectal cancer (CRC) who will receive longitudinal plasma ctDNA biomarker profiling in addition to their standard-of-care therapy and disease surveillance.

Tempus- NSCLC

  • Non-interventional study that will be collecting clinical and molecular health information from patients with NSCLC who will receive longitudinal blood collection in addition to their standard of care therapy and disease surveillance.

Tempus- Aries

  • This study is a non-interventional, multicenter, multicohort evaluation of participants with cancer who will undergo longitudinal plasma ctDNA biomarker profiling at specific time points in addition to standard of care therapy.

Tempus- Phoenix

  • The study is a prospective, longitudinal, non-interventional, multicenter study of participants with HNSCC who will have tissue and blood based molecular biomarker profiling during their standard of care treatment.

Loop (D7680C00001)

  • This is an observational, prospective, multicenter study conducted in the US to gather evidence in the context of lung cancer to complement the development of a digital solution. Patients initiating treatment for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) will be prospectively followed to characterize risk factors, signs, and symptoms leading to onset, diagnosis, and                  treatment of pneumonitis/ILD should it occur.

CORE-HH

  • Observational study with a collection of biospecimens and clinical data from approximately 10,000 participants from up to 40 clinical network sites and locations in the United States. The objective of this study is to collect blood samples, tissue samples, and associated clinical data from participants with a variety of solid tumor and hematologic cancers and non-cancer participants for testing and the development of a screening test for early cancer detection

DELFI-L101

  • The primary objective of this study, DELFI-L101, is to train and test classifiers for lung cancer detection using the DELFI assay and other biomarker and clinical features.

ORACLE

  • The purpose of ORACLE is to demonstrate the ability of a novel ctDNA assay developed by Guardant Health to detect recurrence in individuals treated for early-stage solid tumors. It is necessary that ctDNA test results are linked to clinical outcomes in order to demonstrate clinical validity for recurrence detection and explore its value in a healthcare environment subject to cost containment.

B-STRONGER

  • A prospective, multicenter, observational study to evaluate the correlation of Molecular Residual Disease (MRD) detection using circulating tumor DNA guided test to pathological complete response (pCR) after neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) in stage I-III triple negative breast cancer (TNBC). Results from this study aim to improve MRD detection and disease outcomes for future patients.

VMO-01C

  • This is a multicenter, open-label, Phase 1 study of orally administered VMD-928 in adult subjects with advanced solid tumors or lymphoma that have progressed or are non responsive to available therapies and for which no standard or available curative therapy exists.

eVOLVE (D798EC00001)

  • The main purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of volrustomig compared to observation in participants with unresected locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (LA-HNSCC) who have not progressed after receiving definitive concurrent chemoradiotherapy (cCRT)

BGB-3111-308

  • A Phase 3 Randomized, Open-Label Multicenter Study of Zanubrutinib (BGB-3111) Plus Anti-CD20 Antibodies Versus Lenalidomide Plus Rituximab in Patients With Relapsed/Refractory Follicular or Marginal Zone Lymphoma

Pacific-09 (D9078C00001)

  • A Phase III, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled, Randomised, Multicentre, International Study of Durvalumab Plus Oleclumab and Durvalumab Plus Monalizumab in Patients With Locally Advanced (Stage III), Unresectable Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) Who Have Not Progressed Following Definitive, Platinum-Based Concurrent Chemoradiation Therapy

TROPION-03 (D926XC00001)

  • This is a Phase III, randomized, open-label, 3-arm, multicenter, international study assessing the efficacy and safety of Dato-DXd with or without durvalumab compared with ICT in participants with stage I to III TNBC with residual invasive disease in the breast and/or axillary lymph nodes at surgical resection following neoadjuvant systemic therapy

CAMBRIA-2 (D8535C00001)

  • This is a Phase III open-label study to assess if camizestrant improves outcomes compared to standard adjuvant endocrine therapy for patients with ER+/HER2- early breast cancer with intermediate-high or high risk for disease recurrence who completed definitive locoregional therapy (with or without chemotherapy). The planned duration of treatment in either arm within the study will be 7 years.

CAPitello-292 (D361DC00001)

  • A Phase Ib/III Open-label, Randomised Study of Capivasertib plus CDK4/6 Inhibitors and Fulvestrant versus CDK4/6 Inhibitors and Fulvestrant in Hormone Receptor-Positive and Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2-Negative Locally Advanced, Unresectable or Metastatic Breast Cancer (CAPItello-292)

BELLWAVE-011 (MK1026-011)

  • A Phase 3, Randomized Study to Compare Nemtabrutinib Versus Comparator (Investigator’s Choice of Ibrutinib or Acalabrutinib) in Participants With Untreated Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia/Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma.

M18-868

  • A Phase 3 Open-Label, Randomized, Controlled, Global Study of Telisotuzumab Vedotin (ABBV-399) Versus Docetaxel in Subjects With Previously Treated c-Met Overexpressing, EGFR Wildtype, Locally Advanced/Metastatic Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer.
